Osteopathy @ Botanica
‘Osteopathy @ Botanica’ has been treating Rusthall’s aches and pains since 2011 and as of the beginning of February will have a new osteopath at the helm.
To celebrate these exciting changes we are offering 25% off new patient appointments during February and March 2016 (please quote RVA website when you book).
Osteopathy is primarily used to treat problems that stem from our muscles, bones and joints with a combination of gentle techniques including massage, stretching and joint manipulations. Due to the versatility of these techniques osteopaths treat more than just back pain and commonly see problems from all areas of the body, all the way from sore feet to headaches.
The new osteopath, Amy, qualified in 2010 and has worked as an associate in a number of busy practices. She is also qualified to use Western Medical Acupuncture which is used for the relief of stiff and painful muscles. As well as this, Amy is also a Pilates teacher and teaches group and private sessions.
